1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
- Domestic (Norway): €5 standard / Free on orders over €50 / €10 express
- International: €10 flat rate
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
5. Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@venanzo.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Address Venanzo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
