Return & Refund Policy

At Venanzo, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Fragrances and personal care products (once opened)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@venanzo.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders may already be processed with our fulfillment partners and cannot be cancelled.
